Brush of Truth is a gamebook for kids 8-12 years old, written by journalist and kids’ author Julie Landry Laviolette, who one day decided to write a 125 pages fantasy book for all children to enjoy. 2. Kiddo – Animated Coloring Book

Kiddo is an animated coloring book for children ages 3-6 years, compatible with the Android tablets and smartphones. By downloading Kiddo you’ll get two out of four themes for free, Farm and Birds, each with five animated scenes for kids to color by touch. More about Kiddo
 

3. Little Things Forever

Little Things Forever is a wonderful puzzle game for kids and parents alike, available for download on Android, iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The aim of the game is to find all the hidden objects and complete the puzzles to unlock the next scenes. You can zoom in/out and use hints to find the needed objects. 4. Number Splash Lite

    I have a feeling that tablets’ apps always have better graphics…Shame, I hope smartphones’ apps will catch up at one point :)

      True…We usually recommend storybooks, hidden-object games, and coloring books for tablets. That doesn’t mean you can’t try them on your smartphone and vice versa :-)

    These apps all look so lovely! My daughter’s favourite app to play on my Kindle is Peppa Pig’s Party Time. She loves designing the invitations and decorating cakes – it’s a great app for toddlers!
